Important Notice About VAT

Following the adoption of VAT (Value Added Tax) in the Sultanate of Oman under the common VAT agreement of the states of Gulf Co-operation Council, with effect from April 16, 2021, goods and services sold will incur 5% VAT. This will apply to all goods and services unless specifically exempted by law.

This means that all goods and services provided by Kaya Skin Clinic will be subject to VAT. This will be applicable on:

  • All Services & products sold on or after April 16, 2021
  • All the services booked prior to April 16, 2021 and payment is not yet completed

For example, if you have bought a package of 4 sessions in Feb 2021 for OMR 400, and paid OMR 300. The balance payment of OMR 100 will incur a 5% VAT. Total payment required post VAT will be OMR 105.
